Drying material for PS

PS475X plastic dehydration master-batch is a new functional master-batch designed to resolve the bubbles generated during the plastic products processing which uses the PS raw materials. The master-batch may be used to add and simply mix with the raw materials before the plastic molding processing, which make us carry out molding processing without the drying process, so it is user-friendly, and can improve the production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

PS475X is applicable to PS renewable materials, the film drawing and injection molding of the damp raw materials.

Product Features
1. Water absorption: it can absorb the water equivalent of 20% of its own weight

2. The processing performance: it has excellent processing performance, has good compatibility with PS matrix, and the ordinary equipments can be used, without changing of the processing technology, it can reduce shrinkage rate of the related products, as well as shorten the processing cycle.
3. An ideal additive: non-toxic, non-stimulation, good plasticizing, uniform particle size.
